The male threatened the female that tried to enter the burrow of other crab and escape from his courting, and then, she left and gave up the burrow. He started plugging its entrance with the sand that he collected by his walking legs. It must be obstructive for him. The owner of the burrow, a sand-bubbler crab, who wanted to return his house but could not, faced crisis of losing it and ran about in confusion (deep left side of the screen).
