I was filming a kingfisher in a pond where the rail (Gallinula chloropus indica) was rearing the young. Then, a Spot-billed Duck passed behind me at high speed. A rail (Gallinula chloropus indica) followed, rushing behind me and kicking the water surface. The Spot-billed Duck is an older inhabitant of the pond and is bigger than the rail. Still, the duck is always being chased by the rail. (translated by Asoh)
