The larger individual is chasing after the smaller individual, and showing fin spreading display. Although I am not sure the sex of these fishes, it seemed like a male performing courtship display to a small female. At 1:50, the larger individual stopped chasing. Shortly after, the smaller individual approached the larger individual, then the larger individual resumed the chasing.
